Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management; strong leadership and communication skills; ability to enforce compliance with employment policies and ensure cleanliness and safety standards; knowledge of liquor orders and cost control; familiarity with liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
