Requirements: Restaurant FOH experience of 2-5 years; Strong preference for Michelin experience; Managerial and leadership skills; High energy and understanding of luxury hospitality; Warm and welcoming demeanor to staff and guests; Exceptional guest service and staff leadership skills; Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment; Proficient in operational tools like Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as in accounting and cost management; Knowledge of Toast, Tock, and CRM Programming; Strong decision-making, communication, collaboration, and delegation skills; Fluency in English with basic knowledge of relevant languages in the field of wine; Proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans; Effective motivational and leadership skills; Thorough understanding of operational procedures
