Position: Service Concierge
About: Genesis Automotive Group is seeking a Customer Care Representative to handle all incoming customer traffic for the service department, schedule appointments, make outgoing calls to customers with recent service, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the service process. Responsibilities include handling incoming calls with professionalism, setting up service appointments, greeting customers, following up with recent customers, and working closely with the Service Department to provide excellent customer service. The position involves building relationships and collaborating with the service team to offer exceptional customer experiences. The work hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Requirements: Must have a valid State of Michigan driver’s license; accounting experience; dealership experience preferred; proficient with Microsoft Excel.
