Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years restaurant management experience; Proficiency in all Microsoft programs; Excellent understanding of managerial roles and job descriptions; Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated; Flexible with partnerships and schedules; Strong communication and listening skills; Familiarity with company culture and core values; Ability to provide honest feedback for continuous improvement
