Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; prior experience in telemarketing and/or hospitality; exceptional telephone skills with a professional voice and manner; computer proficiency in MS Office Suite; ability to learn new software programs; professional business appearance and demeanor; flexibility with scheduling; automotive dealership experience a plus; public relations experience a plus; cold call experience a plus; experience using a CRM tool a plus; experience running a business switchboard a plus
