Position: Service Advisor
About: NISSAN OF HARVEY – HARVEY, LA is looking for a Service Advisor to join their team. The Service Advisor will oversee service orders and the flow of the service drive to ensure customers receive exceptional service. Responsibilities include providing concierge support, managing technicians’ time, answering technical questions, maintaining customer satisfaction scores, and fostering positive employee relations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license and good driving record; excellent customer service and communication skills; basic computer skills; professional appearance and positive attitude; ability to pass drug testing, MVR/Insurability, background investigation/interview
