Position: SERVER – RESTAURANT FOR ANDAZ MIAMI BEACH
About: Andaz Miami Beach is a luxury lifestyle hotel located in the heart of Mid-Beach, scheduled to open in early 2025. The property features 287 guestrooms, including 34 suites, with unique design elements of texture, art, and color. The hotel offers an exclusive Ocean-view arrival experience, floor-to-ceiling windows, deep-soaking tubs, cozy reading nooks, private outdoor terraces, a full-service spa, fitness center, dining by José Andrés, two pools, and a Beach Club. With 25,000 square feet of event space, Andaz Miami Beach embraces Miami’s culture of music, art, and fashion.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; positive attitude and enjoyment of the hospitality industry; ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure; strong multitasking and time management abilities; attention to detail; knowledge of food and beverage menus; basic math skills for handling payments and calculating tips; physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
