Position: Server job
About: The Server position is part of the Culinary Team and focuses on providing exceptional dining experiences for residents by delivering courteous and efficient service. The role involves taking meal orders, serving meals correctly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining awareness of food allergies and preferences. Additionally, the Server is responsible for delivering meals, engaging with residents professionally, maintaining knowledge of menu items, and using technology for clear communication in a senior living community setting.
Requirements: Must be a minimum of sixteen (16) years of age; Must possess, at a minimum, a 10th grade education, have completed a similar educational level, or have sufficient work experience; 1-year experience as a server/waiter or in a similar food service environment; Working knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures; Freedom from illegal use of drugs; Freedom from use and effects of drugs and alcohol in the workplace; Effective time management skills
