About: Aprile, a full-service restaurant dedicated to providing exceptional service to all guests, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Server to join their team. The Server will be responsible for describing menu items, assisting in selections, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, processing payments, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction at Aprile.
Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a full-service restaurant; upbeat, outgoing, and positive demeanor; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; basic math skills; effective team player; physically capable of standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 lbs, and performing various tasks like setting up dining rooms and maintaining table settings; knowledge of sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
