Position: Server Assistant/Barback/Busser/Food Runner – Part-time (Thurs, Fri, Sat)
About: Fairmont Breakers, a historic landmark in Long Beach, returns as Long Beach’s only luxury hotel after an extensive renovation. The hotel offers 185 boutique rooms and suites, a rooftop pool and terrace, a two-story spa, dining venues, bars, and event spaces, aiming to delight guests with artful surroundings and innovative culinary offerings.
Requirements: Must have minimum one year of customer service experience, preferably in an upscale F&B environment; exceptional organizational qualities and skills; friendly, helpful, engaging manner; able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays; high school diploma or equivalent; must pass Food, Beverage and Service Knowledge Quizzes and Skill tests; able to read, write, and speak English at an advanced level to facilitate communications
