Position: Server Assistant
About: At Main Event Entertainment, we are seeking Server Assistants to enhance our Guest experience by providing support to Servers. The primary duties include assisting with refills, pre-bussing tables, ensuring cleanliness, greeting Guests, and delivering exceptional service in a safe and sanitary environment.
Requirements: Prior food and beverage experience a plus, but not required; Guest focused mindset; Teamwork is a must; Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required; Communicates effectively; Sense of urgency and comfortable in a fast-paced environment; Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills; Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests; Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends
