Position: Senior Sous Chef

About: The Westin Kansas City at Crown Center is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Kitchen Manager. This role involves overseeing the daily kitchen operations, leading the culinary team, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining guest and employee satisfaction within the operating budget.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
