Position: Senior Sous Chef

About: Marriott International, a leading hotel and hospitality company, is seeking a Kitchen Manager at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring guest and employee satisfaction, and maintaining budgetary goals.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel, and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area. Must exhibit strong leadership skills, culinary talents and have a good understanding of kitchen operations and safety standards.
