Position: Senior Sous Chef
About: AdventHealth Avista, located at 100 HEALTH PARK DR, Louisville, 80027, is seeking a senior sous chef to assist in the daily management of the kitchen and restaurant, ensuring high-quality food production and adherence to health and safety standards. This role reports to the Executive Chef, Manager, or Director of Nutrition Services Dept., supervising kitchen staff, coordinating food preparation, and maintaining food service excellence.
Requirements: Culinary School, College, or University program certificate; or four years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience; ability to interpret and perform basic computer functions, including MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
