Position: Senior Sous Chef

About: Autograph Collection, a collection of four and five-star independent hotels under Marriott International Inc., is seeking a talented and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead the culinary team in maintaining exceptional culinary standards and ensuring outstanding customer service. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, managing food-related functions, and guiding and developing staff to achieve high-quality food production while upholding sanitation and food standards.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
