Position: Senior Sous Chef

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 7+ years of professional culinary experience with a focus on large banquet and catering functions; proven track record in managing culinary operations for high-volume events; strong understanding of food cost management, labor budgeting, and menu planning; excellent leadership and communication skills; flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours as required by event schedules
