Position: Senior Sous Chef
About: P.F. Chang’s, a unique scratch kitchen concept restaurant, is currently hiring for a full-time Senior Sous Chef, Senior Kitchen Manager, or Chef De Cuisine to lead a culinary team in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards, and reporting to the Executive Chef.
Requirements: 3+ years of prior culinary or restaurant leadership experience; experience working in a hands-on, fast-paced, high volume environment; experience mentoring and training hourly Team Members; exposure to managing inventory, cost of goods, and financial control; must be able to stand and walk for shifts of 8-10 hours; must be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects up to 30 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs; must be able to operate kitchen equipment and work around various temperature levels.
