In this highly technical customer-facing role, you will engage directly with customers to understand their unique industry challenges, assess technology needs, and design reliable, scalable, and cost-effective cloud architectures on AWS. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent; experience in IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries; experience architecting or deploying Cloud/Virtualization solutions in enterprise customers; experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level stakeholders or clients. Deep expertise in cloud computing with a proven track record in technology consulting or solutions architecture within the telecommunications and media sectors. Broad competence across infrastructure, security, DevOps, databases, and analytics, with specialized knowledge in areas such as video processing, content delivery networks, and telecom network functions virtualization (NFV). Strong understanding of industry-specific technologies and standards, including 5G, IPTV, OTT streaming, and broadcast workflows. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions for telecom and media executives. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with all customer stakeholders, from network engineers to C-suite executives. Experience with relevant AWS services such as Amazon Elemental Media Services, AWS Wavelength, Amazon Connect, and AWS Direct Connect.
