Position: Senior Sales Manager
About: ABM Technical Solutions is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead the Technical Solutions sales team in the Desert Mountain Region, covering Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Tucson markets. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in high-ticket intangible service sales and a strong understanding of sales and operations integration for a cohesive sales culture.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, experience in facilities solutions sales management considered in place of degree; minimum of five (5) years proven outside sales experience; natural sales mentality with a goal-driven approach; demonstrated success in selling intangible business offerings; strong leadership and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce; residence in the Phoenix Metro Center.
