About: Marriott International’s St. Regis Houston is seeking a dedicated and experienced Rooms & Guest Services Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the guest experience at the luxury property. The St. Regis brand is known for its timeless glamour and commitment to delivering exceptional service at over 50 luxury hotels worldwide.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area. OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area.
