Position: Senior Project Manager – Construction (Hiring Immediately)
About: Our company, founded in 1996 by two high school students, started as a firewood business in Sanford, NC, later expanding into construction projects. We focus on residential renovations, custom-built homes, and various commercial projects throughout the southeast United States.
Requirements: B.S. in Engineering and/or Construction Management; 5+ years experience in commercial and/or industrial construction; understanding of construction drawings and specifications; strong communication, negotiation, and mediation skills; attention to detail; analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities; organizational and time management skills; proficient in computer usage
