Position: Senior Program Manager, Dining & Event Operations

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration (BBA), Finance, Engineering, Architecture, Construction/Project Management, Technology, Design, or related field AND 8+ years multinational corporate environment experience; OR Master’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, Engineering, Architecture, Construction/Project Management, Technology, Design, or related field AND 6+ years multinational corporate environment experience; OR equivalent experience. Experience in supplier management, financial analysis, budget processes, contract administration, and procurement principles. Additional qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant fields AND 9+ years multinational corporate environment experience; OR equivalent experience. Educational background in food service/hospitality management, with proven financial and analytical experience, project/program management, and interpersonal skills for collaboration at all levels. Experience in leading food services, catering, event management, beverage services, innovation, sustainability, and familiarity with Microsoft technology platforms.
