Position: Senior Marketing Manager
About: This role is for a Senior Demand Marketing Manager at Ericsson, a global leader in communication technology and services. The position is part of the Demand Marketing organization supporting the Enterprise 5G Coverage portfolio and sales team, focusing on driving preference, leads, pipeline, and revenue for Ericsson products. The role involves working with a newly formed business unit dedicated to setting the standard for enterprise connectivity leveraging Ericsson’s technology and partnerships in the indoor wireless connectivity market.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field required; 7 to 10 years of B2B performance marketing experience; in-depth experience with marketing analytics, automation, and CRM platforms; experience in driving demand generation programs; demonstrated ability to collaborate with product, field marketing, and sales teams globally; strong understanding of demand generation best practices; results and data-driven with excellent analytical skills; exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills; strong communication and presentation abilities; experience with indoor and wireless connectivity solutions preferred.
