Position: Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing
About: Support Director of Sales & Marketing Operations in providing guidance to the hotel sales and marketing team within the assigned area aim to drive hotel performance by fully utilizing corporate resources, strategic business planning and execution of marketing and sales plans and strategies which ultimately stimulate business demand and achieve ongoing enhancement in revenue growth. Key responsibilities include driving hotel performance, brand marketing, and talent development to ensure the success of the assigned area.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business or a relevant field or work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience; 5 – 7+ years Hotel Director of Sales & Marketing background; Experience with multi-brand entity preferred; Geographical/international experience; Experience in launching and marketing brands in multi-national markets; Good understanding of the capability of hotel and distribution systems; Ability to analyze, interpret, and extract trends from data; Display an understanding of markets including first-tier and second-tier cities; Demonstrate an affinity with technology; Establishes goals and objectives and sets performance targets; Ability to manage multiple tasks; Deliver presentations with impact; Partnership driven; Can meet deadlines; Creates a work environment that energizes, motivates, and supports employees; Foster a climate of open communication, trust, and respect; Encourages team behavior; Effectively communicates with all levels; A strong leader, able to act as a role model
