Requirements: College degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered; detailed knowledge of Patient Access and processes; strong communication skills; at least five years of clerical office experience; at least five years of patient access management experience; proficiency in using various office equipment and software tools; ability to work effectively under pressure and independently
