Position: Senior Manager, Operations

Requirements: 7+ years of progressive people management experience in a fast-paced food production, manufacturing, or distribution environment, ideally with extensive food and beverage commissary meal production and preparation experience; proven ability to set and achieve aggressive KPI goals for cost, quality, and productivity; track record of building new systems and scaling for rapid growth; ability to effectively work with, lead, and facilitate cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong collaborative skills as a cross-functional team player and facilitator; strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate people, provide support, and give feedback to direct reports and employees at all levels of the organization; familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, including 5-S and Root Cause Analysis, and clear experience in process improvement implementation; clear communication, verbal and written (bonus for working with digital mediums to communicate internally and cross-functionally); tech-savvy and process and data-driven approach to everyday tasks and communication.
