Position: Senior Manager of Food Service – Salt Lake City, UT
About: Love’s is a well-known company with over 50 years of experience in serving drivers with modern facilities, fuel, food, and supplies. They operate ‘Country Stores’ which are fueling stations with convenience stores and ‘Travel Stops’ located on interstate highways offering various amenities like popular restaurant chains, trucking supplies, and showers.
Requirements: Education: HS diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred. Experience: 2+ years of multi-unit leadership experience. Skills: Hard skills – High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Soft Skills – Strong written and verbal communication, ability to build synergistic relationships, work through influence to accomplish goals, attention to detail, ability to manage a large workload, excellent organization & time management, keen follow-up. Physical Demands: Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping. Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. Requires normal range of hearing and vision. Occasional travel as necessary.
