Position: Senior Manager, Hotel Supplier and Strategy
About: Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to lead and coordinate complex cross-functional Request for Proposals (RFPs), drive cost savings, and improve sourcing processes for the global brands. This position will be based at the Miramar Florida office.
Requirements: 8+ years of business management leadership in procurement (hospitality procurement); strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills; experience in strategic planning and financial management; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; proven success in driving change and implementing new business strategies; self-motivated individual with a strong drive for accomplishment
