Position: Senior Manager Culinary Strategy – Corporate Chef
About: AdventHealth Corporate, located at 893 Hope Way in Altamonte Springs, FL, is seeking a Senior Manager, Culinary Strategy to support the development, integration, and oversight of governance functions in the Food and Nutritional Services service line.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in culinary or related field; minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible experience in hospitality or a related field; prior experience in food and nutrition; two (2) years supervisory or managerial experience; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong business acumen and capacity; working knowledge of project management, market research, and data analytics; proficient in Microsoft Office suite; refined presentation and executive level communication skills
