Position: Senior Light Commercial Regional Technical Service Manager

Requirements: Technical Degree or equivalent education and experience; Minimum 5+ years in commercial field service, sales, product engineering, or related role; Experience in a training role related to HVAC; Knowledge of equipment selection and application, installation requirements, service and troubleshooting processes, etc.; Strong interpersonal skills (communication) and decision-making ability; Problem resolution skills, customer relationship management, meeting facilitation and management; Up to 25% to 50% travel required; The ability to manage conflicting priorities; Manage critical engagements that involve product or customer process; Strong group presentation and communication skills (verbal and written); Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues; Self-directedness with intrinsic motivation
