Position: Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource management or related field; 10+ years of strategic Human Resources and Talent Acquisition experience, preferred; 7+ years required; Experience with Workday software system, highly preferred; Professional HR designation (PHR or SHRM-CP), preferred; Ability to garner and foster trust and credibility; Ability to build and maintain strong business partnerships; Thorough knowledge of all elements of HR principles, practices, and laws; Must be self-motivated and disciplined; Servant Leadership mentality; Ability to relate to people of all levels and personalities; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong organizational skills; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; Ability to thrive in a matrixed-reporting environment; Ability to travel within the region and to corporate headquarters in Atlanta when needed
