Position: Senior Human Resources Business Partner

The HR Business Partner role is a vital position within the West and Pacific leadership team, focusing on delivering HR services that align with regional objectives and enhance the employee experience. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource management or related field; 10+ years’ of strategic HR and Talent Acquisition experience, preferred; 7+ years’ required; Experience with Workday software system, highly preferred; Professional HR designation (PHR or SHRM-CP), preferred; Ability to build trust and partnerships; Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws; Self-motivated with excellent communication skills; Ability to travel within the region and to corporate headquarters; Servant Leadership mentality; Organizational and time management skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed-reporting environment
