Position: Senior Hospitality Manager, Experiences (Formula 1)

Requirements: 6-8 years(s) work experience in hospitality or experiential marketing; Experience with on-site management and execution within motorsport, ideally in Formula 1; Outstanding organization, interpersonal, and communication skills; Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; Ability to think on your feet, adapt to changes, and solve problems creatively; Demonstrated staff management experience and the ability to empower others; Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite; Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and non-traditional hours; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods; Proof of COVID vaccination or eligibility for exemption; Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally, work weekends, and holidays; Multilingual skills are a plus
