Position: Senior Food and Beverage Manager
About: Avalon Hotel Beverly Hills is seeking a service-driven Senior Food & Beverage Manager to oversee F&B operations at our 84-room high-design, luxury boutique property. This individual is responsible for fostering and developing an exciting, positive, results-based environment for our F&B colleagues while possessing strong personal organization, genuine hospitality, and care for staff. Understanding and implementing contemporary luxury/boutique standards will be equally as crucial.
Requirements: Education: High school graduate or equivalent education preferred; Experience: 3+ years of hospitality/restaurant experience, preferably in a management or supervisory role; Wine and spirits knowledge preferred; Strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills; Proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills; The ability to motivate and inspire others to work cooperatively to achieve a designated goal; Flexible schedule – Willing and able to work shift duties that may include evenings, nights, weekends and holidays; Strong problem-solving skills; TIPS and Serv Safe Preferred
