Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 8+ years of industry and culinary management experience; ability to lead in a diverse client and customer service-focused environment; previous experience in controlling food and labor costs, menu development, and demonstrating culinary techniques; familiarity with P&L accountability and contract-managed service operations
