Position: Senior Engineering Manager, Toppings, Creams & Culinary Solutions (Remote)

Requirements: A BS degree in engineering – Chemical or Mechanical Engineering degrees preferred; 15+ years of experience in the Food, Dairy or CPG manufacturing industries; direct experience with liquid processing; proven experience leading the selection, design, specification, and/or development of new technology platforms; strong analytical and communication skills; ability to draw sound technical conclusions based on limited data; demonstrate sound business acumen; experience in leading and influencing global multi-functional teams; proven capital project management experience; demonstrated functional computer and ACAD / 3D CAD skills; experience managing/coaching junior Project Engineers and plant operators in new technologies
