Position: Senior Engineering Manager, Toppings, Creams & Culinary Solutions (Remote)

Requirements: A BS degree in engineering – Chemical or Mechanical Engineering degrees preferred, with 15+ years of experience in the Food, Dairy, or CPG manufacturing industries; Direct experience with liquid processing; Proven experience leading the selection, design, specification, and/or development of new technology platforms; Strong analytical and communication skills; Experience in Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) and Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies; Demonstrated functional computer and ACAD / 3D CAD skills; Experience managing / coaching junior Project Engineers; Master of Business Administration or similar advanced degrees will be preferred; Experience with dairy production and pasteurization processes, liquid filling, cooling, freezing, and packaging technologies is a plus; Experience working in international / global markets is an advantage
