Position: Senior Director of Operations in Projects

Within bp, Archaea Energy is a top landfill gas to energy and renewable natural gas (RNG) producer in the US, operating around 50 sites in 32 states with a robust development pipeline. The company specializes in RNG, landfill-gas-to-electric, and dairy digester facilities.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline; More than 8 years experience with natural gas processing; Proven track record leading a multi-disciplinary engineering team; Substantial experience and technical understanding of engineering, maintenance, and operation of gas processing equipment; Understanding of ASME, API, AISC, OSHA, AGA & ASTM standards; Experience with process simulation; Experience with operating procedures; Experience in mechanical integrity; Experience in root cause failure analysis; Proven track record in practical application of engineering standards and practices for operating facilities; Willing to travel domestically
