Position: Senior Director of Operations

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Facilities-related field, or equivalent work experience; 10+ years in operations, business development, and/or supporting sales/operations teams; Experience with top-tier corporations or institutions; Familiarity with enterprise software (Salesforce.com, CMMS, BAS, BMS, WOM, IWMS) and emerging technologies (IoT, VR, AI, Smart Buildings); Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics); Extensive experience in Supplier Relationship Management; Strong understanding of client/market dynamics and requirements
