Position: Senior Director of Operations
About: ABM, a leading provider of facility services and solutions, is seeking a Senior Director of Operations (SDO) for APS Platform to drive continuous improvement processes, ensure positive client and employee experiences, meet financial goals, and support sales opportunities. This key leadership role involves collaboration with various internal teams and leaders within the company.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Facilities-related field, or equivalent work experience; 10+ years in operations, business development, and/or supporting sales/operations teams; Experience with top-tier corporations or institutions; Familiarity with enterprise software (Salesforce.com, CMMS, BAS, BMS, WOM, IWMS) and emerging technologies (IoT, VR, AI, Smart Buildings); Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics); Extensive experience in Supplier Relationship Management; Strong understanding of client/market dynamics and requirements; Proven ability to lead and support client business reviews, presentations, and retention initiatives; High degree of professionalism, self-motivation, and initiative; Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information; High energy level and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment; Well-informed of market trends, regulations, and best practices; Understanding of accounts receivable processes, P&L statements, and financial performance; Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, PBI, Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, OneNote); Proven leadership and ability to collaborate in a diverse environment
