Position: Senior Director of Operations
About: QLM Search is recruiting a VP Operations for a specialist Ingredients and Flavor group supporting the Food, Beverage, and health/nutrition sector. This role reports to the CEO and is part of the senior leadership team responsible for driving best-in-class operational performance across the business unit.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in B2B Ingredients/Flavor industry and manufacturing operations management; proven ability to manage all areas including Manufacturing, Engineering, and Health & Safety; experience in implementing standard operating procedures and methodologies to drive operational performance; ability to lead and motivate a team and support high-growth businesses and CEOs
