About: Work Cafe at Miami World Center, located in Miami, FL, is seeking a Senior Concierge to act as the first point of contact for consumer and business clients, assisting with various tasks and ensuring operational integrity while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a professional manner.
Requirements: Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred; 3+ years proven retail branch experience (preferred), 1+ years (required); broad knowledge of company policies, branch operations, and regulatory requirements; excellent cash-handling skills; good analytical and problem-solving skills; enthusiasm for creating exceptional customer experiences; passion for promoting digital products and services; strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills; strong computer knowledge and Windows skills required.
