Position: Senior Area Executive Chef – Airport Lounges
About: SodexoMAGIC, a Sodexo/Magic Johnson joint venture, is seeking a Senior Area Executive Chef for the Airport Lounge Segment to support AA/BA and American Airlines Lounges in NYC and other East Coast locations. The ideal candidate will oversee culinary operations, menu development, training, and compliance for elite guest service.
Requirements: Basic Education Requirement – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; Basic Management Experience – 5 years; Basic Functional Experience – 3 years; experience in multi-unit culinary training, kitchen staff mentoring, upscale food production management, culinary systems knowledge, and high-level client interaction.
