Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; minimum 5 years of management experience; minimum 3 years of functional experience; strong culinary background; creativity and innovation; knowledge of multiple cuisines; strong financial acumen; ability to motivate culinary staff; strong communication skills; detail-oriented; able to shift priorities as needed; eye for high-end restaurant quality food
