Position: Senior Area Executive Chef
About: Sodexo is seeking an experienced Senior Area Executive Chef for our At School segment to support multiple regions throughout the United States. This position will have a focus on culinary training and coaching and be involved in the implementation of new brands and services. The Senior Area Executive Chef will be an energetic, polished Culinary Professional with the ability to build and maintain client relationships and will participate in the re-bidding and new sales processes for the segment.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; 5 years of Basic Management Experience; 3 years of Basic Functional Experience; reside within an hour and a half of a major airport; open to 50-60% travel; minimum of 5 years experience as a culinary lead working in multi-site units/high-volume facilities; knowledge of school age meal patterns preferred; proven track record for developing, coaching, leading, and engaging culinary teams; strong culinary background; excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and can implement company policies; strong management skills; Bilingual preferred
