Position: Senior Area Executive Chef
About: Sodexo is seeking an experienced Senior Area Executive Chef for our At School segment to support multiple regions throughout the United States. This position will have a focus on culinary training and coaching and be involved in the implementation of new brands and services. The Senior Area Executive Chef will be an energetic, polished Culinary Professional with the ability to build and maintain client relationships and will participate in the re-bidding and new sales processes for the segment.
Requirements: Basic Education Requirement – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; Basic Management Experience – 5 years; Basic Functional Experience – 3 years; Minimum of 5 years experience as a culinary lead working in multi-site units/high-volume facilities; Knowledge of school age meal patterns (preferred); Proven track record for developing, coaching, leading, and engaging culinary teams; Strong culinary background; Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and can implement company policies; Strong management skills; Bilingual (preferred)
