Position: Security Officer
About: Summit Club, located outside of Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Swing shift Security Officer to join its Security Department. Summit Security Officers are responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all members, guests, and employees at The Summit Club, deterring, detecting, and responding to potential or active threats according to department policies. This role is part of a professional team dedicated to providing a secure environment for the community and upholding safety standards at the club.
Requirements: Prior experience in Armed Security, Law Enforcement, or Military (4 years minimum); experience and training with relevant firearms and defensive tactics; Valid Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW) or HR 218; Valid Nevada Driver’s License; Valid Armed PILB License; Clear Criminal Background; High school diploma, GED, or higher education; Ability to work and stand inside/outside in all weather conditions; Able to physically restrain individuals when necessary; Strong oral and written communication skills, basic computer proficiency; Ability to work calmly and efficiently in high-stress situations.
