Position: Seasonal Package Room Concierge
About: URBN Playground is seeking a Seasonal Package Valet to manage all packages and deliveries for residents, ensuring a neat and organized package room while delivering excellent customer service during the seasonal period from Black Friday through New Year’s Eve.
Requirements: Positive energy; attention to detail; problem-solving abilities; good listening skills; teamwork; excellent communication skills; familiarity with computer operation and phone apps, and basic typing ability; ability to safely lift items weighing between 1-50 pounds; previous experience handling packages in a property site setting and/or experience in a concierge role; college degree preferred, high school diploma mandatory
