Position: Seasonal Line Cook

About: Stratton Mountain Resort, located in Stratton Mountain, VT, is seeking a Seasonal Line Cook to join their culinary team. The resort prides itself on providing extraordinary experiences in a high-volume environment while fostering a bold mountain community.

Requirements: Education: Highschool Diploma/Equivalent; Culinary Internship Preferred. Experience: 2 years experience in a high-volume food and beverage environment; Must be able to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment; Exceptional communication skills; Knowledge of Vermont Health codes. Qualifications, Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements: Food Allergen Safety Certification; Valid Driver’s License. Travel Requirements: This position will require the ability to work in various locations on the resort. Physical Demands and Working Conditions: Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds on a regular basis; Ability to stand for shifts of 8 hours or longer; Ability to work in varying temperatures throughout one shift.
