Position: Seasonal Food & Beverage Associate (Atwood Homestead, Macktown & Ledges Golf Courses)
About: Seasonal Food & Beverage Associate position at Atwood Homestead, Macktown & Ledges Golf Courses, promoting and maintaining proper food handling and preparation procedures, providing on-course food and beverage service to golfers, handling cash and credit card transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with event setup and breakdown. The role requires flexibility in working hours, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on following health and safety regulations set by the State of Illinois and Winnebago County Health Department.
Requirements: A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; previous customer service, food and beverage service, and/or cash-handling experience desired. The ability to obtain Food Handlers and Basset Certification within 30 days of hire is necessary. Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Driver’s License if performing beverage cart duties.
